There are options available for Mobile Personal Training and Small Group Fitness Classes, with various pricing options to choose from, as well as regular 8-Week Challenges.
I have many years experience in the fitness industry and have helped a number of people create healthier habits and work on achieving their fitness and weight loss goals.
